Standard Operating Procedures for the Bannockburn HOA
1) When past due dues hit $100 for any homeowner a lien will be filed with Douglas County. First notice sent, Second notice sent then Final notice stating that "if payment not received within 7 days a lien will be placed on the property". 2) HOA mail will be be picked up once per month within 3 days of that month's board meeting. 3) For each variance mailing: maximum of 2 black & white sheets for copying, 1 stamp and standard size envelope. Any deviation from this by the homeowner, including but not limited to additional pages, color copies, double sided copies and additional postage, the homeowner will be required to provide the necessary funds and/or materials.
