BHOA Monthly Meetings:
Bannockburn’s homeowner board meetings are held at 7 PM on the second Wednesday of each month. The community is always invited and welcome to attend any of these meetings. The meetings are in person at the Franktown Fire Department, located at the SW corner of Parker Rd and Rt. 86. All residents are welcome to attend.

2026 Annual Meeting
(October 17th, Franktown Fire Station, 11am-2pm)
Note to Homeowners:
A Nominating Committee will be appointed to solicit candidates for possible open Board positions at the October 17th, 2026, meeting. Any interested resident owner should contact the Board at directors@bannockburnhoa.org for inclusion in the candidate pool. Each candidate must agree to be considered to serve for the next two-year term beginning with the conclusion of the October 17th annual meeting. If there is no quorum at the Annual Meeting, candidates will be voted on at the November meeting by the Board members. The Annual meeting notice, agenda, and proposed 2027 budget will be mailed in late September or early October and posted on this website.
